A Love2shop Gift Card needs to be purchased and proof of purchase uploaded to Promotion microsite to qualify for entry.

Promotion opens at 00:01 on 22 January 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2024.

Prize Draw prizes: Two hundred and three winners will be randomly selected from all valid entrants who entered into the promotion during the Promotional Period. The prize draw will be conducted by PayPoint, within three working days of the end of the Promotional Period. The prizes are detailed below:

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

 

  1. This (“Promotion”) is open to UK residents only aged 18 and over.

 

  1. Employees of Participating Retailers, Park Retail Limited, PayPoint Group Plc and their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents or anyone else associated with the administration of this Promotion may not enter the Promotion.

 

  1. The Promotion opens at 00:01 on 22 January 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 30 April 2024.

(the “Promotional Period”). Any entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

 

  1. To enter during the Promotional Period:

 

  1. Scan the QR code stated on POS material & in-store media or visit https://Holidaygiftaway.co.uk;
  2. Provide your name, email address and mobile number with marketing preference;
  3. Upload proof of purchase; and
  4. Accept the terms and conditions.

 

  1. One entry permitted per person, per day, per valid and unentered receipt for the duration of the Promotional Period.
     
  2. Participating Retailers” means retailers within the PayPoint network who sell Love2shop gift cards and are advertising this Promotion. Each voucher will feature a custom store finder, which participants can use to find their nearest store. The promotion is live in each Participating Retailer for the duration of the Promotional Period; however, POS material may not be on display in stores throughout the duration of the Promotional Period.

 

  1. Internet access, a valid email address and a UK mobile number is required for entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

  1. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.

 

Winner Selection & Prize Fulfilment

 

  1. Winners of the Prize Draw will be notified via email, to the email address entered on the microsite. Each winner will be required to claim each prize by providing a home address for delivery by reply before close of business on the 31st May 2024. Prizes will be delivered before 14th June 2024.

 

  1. Competition administrators reserve the right to carry out validation checks pre and post the Prize Draw to mitigate misuse, such as to confirm only one submission has been made per purchase.

 

  1. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide a valid email address at the point of entry, as this will be used for notification of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promotor will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.
     
  2. Prize Draw prizes will be sent via secure postal delivery. Please allow up to 10 working days.
     
  3. In the unlikely event that a Prize doesn’t arrive, winners will have a further 30 days to inform the Promoter by emailing holidaygiftaway@love2shop.co.uk. In the event that a winner does not inform the Promoter within this time frame, the Promoter will reserve the right to not reissue the Prize or limit its value at their sole discretion.

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.

 

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

General

 

  1. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, traffic congestion, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

 

  1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion, the fulfilment of the prizes and/or the use of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

  1. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
     
  1. Any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
  2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption.
  3. For entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
     
  1. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any other means in which to receive the prize, other than via redemption a participating retailer stated in Clause 11. The prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of greater or equal value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

 

  1. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoter and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt-out of publicity.

  1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

 

  1. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales.

  1. Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this promotion by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://Holidaygiftaway.co.uk. Data will be stored for 3 months after the close of the promotion before deletion. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by emailing holidaygiftaway@love2shop.co.uk. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

 

  1. The controller of your personal data is Park Retail Limited. We will only use the personal data of entrants on the basis of consent.
